Your team books a package by group size, plays escape rooms or VR in parallel, and uses the lounge between rounds. From late November to mid December, a christmas package adds dinner at a partner restaurant.
The christmas party package combines a 1.5-hour adventure at Questrooms with a christmas dinner at the restaurant partner Udda. What does a christmas party at Questrooms cost?
A christmas party at Questrooms costs 389 SEK per person for the team packages. On weekdays with a start between 12:00 and 15:00 the price is 349 SEK per person, and groups over 35 people also pay 349 SEK per person. The event price calculator estimates the price for your group.
Ask us which package the weekday price applies to. Events can start with arrival at 11:30, 13:00, 14:30, 16:00, 17:30, 19:00 or 20:30, and the game begins about 15 minutes after arrival. A weekday lunch slot costs less and leaves the evening free for the rest of the party.
Is a christmas party a tax-free benefit in Sweden?
Yes. Skatteverket lists julbord and staff parties as internal representation, which is a tax-free benefit for employees. If family members of employees join a staff party that meets those conditions, the same tax-free rules apply to them. For the employer, deductions are allowed for at most two staff parties a year (Skatteverket, checked October 2026).

Can we bring our own drinks to Questrooms?
No drinking happens on site at Questrooms. The venue has no alcohol licence, and the rule is also about safety during the games. If your team continues to a restaurant or bar afterwards, bottles can wait in the lockers at the venue until you leave. Non-alcoholic plans for the whole evening are easy to build around the games.
How many people can join a christmas party at Questrooms?
The packages at Kocksgatan 21A cover groups of 8 to 44 people: Team Start for 8 to 12, Team Boost for 13 to 22, Business Challenge for 23 to 32 and Corporate Takeover for 33 to 44. For 45 people or more, Quest to Go runs the game at your office for up to 500 players.
How quickly do you answer an event request?
Questrooms usually answers event requests within a few hours, and no later than one business day. Send the date, the number of people and any wishes for dinner through the team building page. The event price calculator gives a first estimate before you write, so the request can start from a realistic budget.
Can international colleagues play in English?
Yes. The puzzles at Questrooms do not depend on language, the classic rooms contain almost no text, and instructions are available in English and Swedish. Mention in the request that some colleagues prefer English, and the game masters run the briefing and the clues in English for those teams.
