Dream Hackers 3: The Conspiracy of the Weavers is the third part of Dream Hackers, a cinematic four-part VR saga at Questrooms on Södermalm in Stockholm. You connect to the Dreams Machine and travel to Somnos, the city built from dreams and home to the Weavers, the creatures who make them. What is Dream Hackers 3: The Conspiracy of the Weavers about?
In the Dream Hackers series, you are Dream Hackers who enter humanity's collective dreams using the Dreams Machine. In part three, the journey goes to Somnos, a city built from dreams. It is home to the Weavers, the creatures who make the dreams, and it is where you find out what they are really up to. Every dive goes deeper, and the further down you get, the clearer it becomes that someone does not want you there.

Do you need to play the earlier parts first?
No. Dream Hackers 3: The Conspiracy of the Weavers can be played without the earlier parts. But the story builds from part to part, so you get the most out of it if you play in order. Start with The Book of Memories, continue with Prison of the Ancient Ones, and then play The Conspiracy of the Weavers.
If you have already played parts 1 and 2, part 3 is the next step. If you have not played any part yet, start with part 1 and book the others on your next visits.
Game information
- Game time: 60 minutes. Arrive 15 minutes early for the briefing and count on about 1.5 hours in total.
- Players: 2–6.
- Age: 13+.
- Equipment: Meta Quest 2 and Quest 3s. The headsets fit over most glasses.
- VR experience: not needed. The game master goes through the headset and controls before you start.
- Briefing: in English or Swedish.
- Location: Kocksgatan 21A, Södermalm, a few minutes from Medborgarplatsen.

Why is the city called Somnos?
The name is not made up from scratch. Somnus was the Roman god of sleep, son of Night and brother of Death. His sons were called the Oneiroi, and their job was to shape people's dreams. One of them, Morpheus, could take any human form and step into someone's dream. So the idea that dreams are made by someone is two thousand years old. In Dream Hackers, the makers are called the Weavers.
