An escape room at Questrooms in Stockholm costs 369 to 409 SEK per person, and the price per person falls as the team grows. Two players pay 409 SEK each, six players pay 369 SEK each, and the same table applies to classic rooms, VR and outdoor games. "How much is it if we are two?" is one of the questions customers ask most often in the chat, so this guide gives the full table, the rule for split groups and what the price includes.
What is the escape room price per person in Stockholm?
At Questrooms the escape room price per person depends on the number of players in the room, not on the game. Two players pay 409 SEK each, three pay 399 SEK, four pay 389 SEK, five pay 379 SEK and six pay 369 SEK. Groups of 7 to 10 in BACK-TO-BACK or an outdoor game pay 369 SEK each.
| Players in the room | Price per person | Total |
|---|---|---|
| 2 | 409 SEK | 818 SEK |
| 3 | 399 SEK | 1,197 SEK |
| 4 | 389 SEK | 1,556 SEK |
| 5 | 379 SEK | 1,895 SEK |
| 6 | 369 SEK | 2,214 SEK |
| 7 to 10 (BACK-TO-BACK or outdoor game) | 369 SEK | 2,583 to 3,690 SEK |
The price is always per person, never per room or per team, and all prices include VAT. Choose a date and the number of players in the booking calendar, and you see the total price before you confirm.
Does a VR escape room cost more than a classic room?
No. Questrooms uses one price table for every game: the classic rooms, the VR escape rooms and the outdoor AR games on Södermalm. A team of four pays 389 SEK per person whether it plays a classic room, a VR game or Magic Portal. The VR escape room price only changes with the number of players.
What does differ between formats is how many players fit:
- Classic rooms: 2 to 6 players in most rooms. See the classic escape rooms for each game.
- VR escape rooms: 2 to 6 players per game, and House of Fear 2 VR takes up to 4. The full list is on the VR escape rooms page.
- Outdoor games: bookable for 2 to 10 players, with up to 6 players per team.
How is a split group priced?
A group that splits into several rooms pays room by room, and each room is priced by its own number of players. Nine friends in two classic rooms of 5 and 4 pay 5 × 379 SEK plus 4 × 389 SEK, 3,451 SEK in total. The same nine friends in BACK-TO-BACK pay 369 SEK each, 3,321 SEK in total.
People often get this rule wrong when they estimate an escape room group price: the number of players behind each door sets the price, not the size of the whole group. Three split group price examples:
- 2 + 3 players in two rooms: 818 SEK + 1,197 SEK = 2,015 SEK
- 4 + 4 players in two classic rooms: 1,556 SEK + 1,556 SEK = 3,112 SEK
- 10 players in BACK-TO-BACK, the same VR game in both VR rooms: 10 × 369 SEK = 3,690 SEK
BACK-TO-BACK is one order with one price per seat, which is why groups of 7 to 10 pay the six-player price. For companies and groups of 11 or more, the team building packages list their own prices.
What does Horror Escape cost for two players?
Horror Escape needs at least 3 players, but two people can play it for 511 SEK per person, 1,022 SEK in total. Choose 3 players in the booking calendar and write "2 players" in the comment, or email hello@questrooms.se. For 3 to 6 players, Horror Escape follows the standard table, from 399 SEK per person.
The escape room for 2 people price in every other game is 409 SEK per person. More about the room itself is on the Horror Escape page.
What is included in the price?
The price covers the whole visit at Kocksgatan 21A: the rules and the story from the game master, 60 minutes of play, as many hints as your team asks for, and a debrief after the game. Plan about 1.5 hours in total, because you arrive 15 minutes early and pay after the game.
How do you pay for an escape room?
You pay on site after the game, by card or Swish. Questrooms accepts all major cards, including American Express, and prices are in SEK only. Cash is not accepted, and friskvårdsbidrag (Epassi, Benify and similar) is not accepted yet. Companies can pay by invoice, as the payment methods page explains.
Discounts in short
Players aged 8 to 17 get 15% off the price per person. The birthday person gets 20% off on request, with an ID that shows the date of birth. Questrooms has no student or senior discount, and discounts do not stack: each player gets the single best discount.
FAQ
How much is an escape room for 2 people in Stockholm?
Two players at Questrooms pay 409 SEK each, 818 SEK in total. The price is the same for classic rooms, VR escape rooms and outdoor games. Horror Escape is the exception: it needs 3 players, but two people can play it for 511 SEK per person if they book for 3 and write "2 players" in the comment.
Do children pay less for an escape room?
Yes. Players aged 8 to 17 get 15% off the price per person at Questrooms, in every game. An adult who only waits in the reception while teenagers play does not pay. An adult who goes into the room with the children counts as a player and pays the normal price for that team size.
Can we see the total price before we book?
Yes. In the Questrooms booking calendar you choose the date and the number of players, and the calendar shows the total price before you confirm. The price per person follows the number of players in the room, from 409 SEK for two players to 369 SEK for six. Payment happens on site after the game.
Do we pay before or after the game?
After. Questrooms takes payment on site when the game is over, by card or Swish, and all major cards are accepted, including American Express. Cash is not accepted. The booking itself is free to make, but a late cancellation costs 800 SEK per room for a standard booking of one room.
