An adult birthday often ends up as a restaurant dinner. That works, but guests are stuck in their seats talking to the same two people all night. An activity before dinner gives the party a start where everyone takes part. This guide gives you birthday ideas in Stockholm, how to adapt to your guests, and a plan for the day.

VR for a bigger group With BACK-TO-BACK, up to 10 people play across two connected VR rooms, together or team against team.
A mission in the city Operation Mindfall is an augmented reality spy game on the streets of SoFo, 2–10 players aged 16+. It takes up to 2 hours and starts at Kocksgatan 21A.
The party at your own venue If you have a venue, we can bring Quest-to-Go to you. Our game master brings all the equipment.
Adapt to your guests
- Mixed ages: pick a game without horror, like Survival VR or Frozen Castle VR, so everyone is comfortable.
- Guests who have never played: no experience is needed, and you can take hints at any time.
- International guests: the briefing is given in English or Swedish.
- Pregnant guests: all rooms are suitable during pregnancy, but we recommend skipping Horror Escape late in pregnancy.
- Wheelchair users: all VR experiences and outdoor games are accessible. Tell us in advance about the stairs.
A plan for the birthday
- Afternoon: activity (about 1.5 hours). Arrive 15 minutes early for the briefing. The game takes up to 60 minutes.
- Cake and hanging out. You can bring a cake. At Questrooms you can rent our lounge and keep celebrating after the game.
- Dinner. SoFo and Södermalm have plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
Game first, toast after. Questrooms has a zero-tolerance policy on alcohol and drugs, and anyone who is intoxicated cannot play.
