How is a corporate event different from team building?

With Corporate Takeover you have the whole venue at Kocksgatan 21A to yourselves. With Quest-to-Go everyone plays at the same time at your own location, for example a party venue or a conference hotel, and the game ends with an award ceremony.
A plan for the evening
- Gathering and briefing. The game master explains the rules in English or Swedish.
- The activity. Teams play escape rooms, VR or AR missions.
- Results and fika. At our venue you can hang out in the lounge after the game.
- Dinner. Södermalm and SoFo have plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
Game first, party after. Questrooms has a zero-tolerance policy on alcohol and drugs, and anyone who is intoxicated cannot play.
Activities that suit an event

- VR escape rooms, where no VR experience is needed.

Price, invoice and cancellation

- Quest-to-Go: quoted by participants and distance, proposal within 24 hours.
- Invoice: provide company name, reference person, billing address, invoice email and phone number when you book. The invoice is sent as a PDF via Zettle.
- Cancellation, groups over 14 people: at least 48 hours before for rooms you do not need. Late cancellation costs 1,000 SEK per room.
