A Questrooms gift card works for any game: classic, VR or outdoor. Book a time as usual and write the gift card code in the comment field. On site, show the email with the gift card PDF to a staff member. The card covers the number of players written on it, and any extra players pay on site.

A gift card is valid from the day after it was ordered and for 1 year from the purchase date. If the card covers 4 players and 5 of you come, the price is calculated for 5 players and you pay for the fifth on site. A new gift card arrives as a PDF by email, usually within a few hours and no later than one business day.

How does a big family play together?

A big family plays together at Questrooms by splitting into rooms that start at the same time. One room takes up to 6 players. For 7 to 10 players, BACK-TO-BACK runs one session in each VR room: two teams race in the same game in parallel, or up to 8 players solve Escape the Worlds as one team.

• Grandparents: in VR you can sit for the whole game and move with the controllers, so knee or back problems are not a barrier.
• Mixed ages: choose the game for the youngest player. Children under 13 need an adult in the room, and players aged 8 to 17 get 15% off.
• Teens and adults who want a harder game: Russian Mafia (12+, difficulty 5 of 5) can run in a parallel room at the same time.
