Yes. Questrooms is open on New Year's Eve, Thursday 31 December 2026, with regular Thursday hours: 11:30 to 21:00, from the first to the last game start. That leaves the whole afternoon for a game before dinner. Times for each game are in the booking calendar, which shows them 21 days ahead.
New Year's Eve times appear in the booking calendar around 10 December. Online booking closes 3 hours before each start, and for a later time on the same day you call 08-543 544 02. Coming without a booking is not recommended: when no game is running, there may be no staff on site to open the door.

Time Travellers is made for children and needs one adult in the room. Mission Sigma VR is a calm first VR game at difficulty 2 of 5. Friends plan a daytime New Year's Eve at Questrooms by booking one afternoon game for the whole group before the evening starts. Up to 6 players fit in one room. With 7 to 10 friends, BACK-TO-BACK runs two parallel sessions, one in each VR room, so two teams race each other in the same game and the faster team wins.
Questrooms has no alcohol licence, and no drinking on site is also a safety rule. There is a place to hang jackets and lockers for bags, so the group can go straight on to dinner afterwards. - Arrive 15 minutes early: the game master explains the rules before the game starts.
- 60 minutes of play: then 5 to 10 minutes for payment and a talk about the game. Count on about 1.5 hours in total.
- Running late: 10 to 15 minutes late usually does not change much. Longer delays can shorten the game.
- Payment: on site after the game, by card or Swish. Questrooms does not take cash.

What does a game cost on New Year's Eve?
The price at Questrooms is the same for every game and depends on how many players are in the room: 409 SEK per person for 2 players, 389 SEK for 4 and 369 SEK for 6. Players aged 8 to 17 get 15% off. You see the total in the booking calendar before you confirm.
Can teenagers play without their parents?
Players under 18 usually need an adult on site, who can wait in the reception and does not pay. A team of only 13 to 17 year olds plays Horror Escape TEENS with a parent's written consent by email to hello@questrooms.se. With that email, no adult needs to be on site.
How long does a game take?
A game at Questrooms lasts up to 60 minutes. Arrive 15 minutes before the booked time for the rules and the story, and allow 5 to 10 minutes after the game for payment and a talk with the game master. Most groups count on about 1.5 hours in total for the visit.
Can we cancel if the plans change?
Yes. One room with up to 6 players can be cancelled for free up to 24 hours before the game; later, the fee is 800 SEK per room. Bookings with 2 or more rooms, including BACK-TO-BACK, need 48 hours' notice, and a later cancellation costs 1,000 SEK per room.
