When is Stockholm Design Week 2027?
Stockholm Design Week 2027 takes place from Monday 8 to Sunday 14 February, with events, exhibitions and open showrooms across Stockholm, according to Stockholmsmässan. The Stockholm Furniture Fair, the trade fair inside the week, runs from Tuesday 9 to Friday 12 February at Stockholmsmässan, Mässvägen 1 in Älvsjö.
What can companies do with clients in the evening?
Companies can take visiting clients to an escape room or VR game, where the group solves one problem together for 60 minutes. Guests from different companies get a reason to talk, in English. At Questrooms, event groups can arrive at 16:00, 17:30, 19:00 or 20:30, and the game starts about 15 minutes after arrival.

Which format fits your group?
The format that fits your group depends on the number of guests. Up to 6 guests fit one room, 7 to 10 fit BACK-TO-BACK in VR, and 8 to 44 fit the team packages at Kocksgatan 21A. Every format uses a 60-minute game, and the larger packages add fika in the lounge between rounds.

How late can you play during the week?
The last game starts at 21:00 on Monday 8 February and from Tuesday to Thursday, 9 to 11 February. On Friday 12 and Saturday 13 February, the last start is 22:30. On Sunday 14 February, the last start is 19:30. Times for each game are in the booking calendar, which opens 21 days ahead.
Practical details for international guests
- Language: the puzzles do not depend on language, and the classic rooms contain almost no text. Write "English" in the booking comment, and the game master runs the briefing and the clues in English.
- Location: Questrooms is at Kocksgatan 21A on Södermalm, a few minutes' walk from Medborgarplatsen metro station. The venue is a basement: look for the sign and ring the doorbell.
- Coats and bags: there is a place to hang jackets and lockers for bags.
- Clothes: any casual clothes work. In Horror Escape, avoid all-white clothes.
- Payment: companies can pay by invoice. All prices include VAT.

A client evening at Questrooms costs 389 SEK per person for the team packages, and groups over 35 people pay 349 SEK per person. A single room for 2 to 6 guests costs 409 to 369 SEK per person, depending on the number of players. All prices include VAT.
