Can you combine an escape room with lunch or dinner for a company event?
Yes. Questrooms does not serve food at regular bookings, but for corporate events it works with restaurant partners such as Udda. Email hello@questrooms.se with the date and the number of people, and the team tells you the options. The activity itself is booked as a team building package for 8 to 44 people.
The game and the meal are planned together, so the timing fits: the game starts about 15 minutes after arrival, lasts up to 60 minutes, and a team package takes 1.5 hours for up to 22 people and 2.5 hours for 23 to 44.
Four ways to plan the activity and the meal
Events at Questrooms start with arrival at 11:30, 13:00, 14:30, 16:00, 17:30, 19:00 or 20:30. Pick the arrival time that leaves room for the meal:

The times in the meal column assume a team of up to 22 people, where the activity takes 1.5 hours. For 23 to 44 people, add one hour.
What does the activity cost?
The activity costs 389 SEK per person in the team packages at Questrooms. On weekdays with a start between 12:00 and 15:00, and for groups over 35 people, the price is 349 SEK per person; ask us which package the weekday price applies to. The meal is priced separately by the restaurant or your caterer.
The event price calculator gives an estimate for your group, and it has an option to add lounge time with coffee, tea and cookies.
The lounge and fika between games
The lounge at Questrooms has coloured lamps, a projector, armchairs and tables, and it is included in team building bookings. In Business Challenge and Corporate Takeover, half of the groups have fika in the lounge while the other half play, then they swap. The lounge is not rented out by the hour on its own.
During a team building booking, the company may bring its own catering into the lounge, for example lunch or fika for the whole team. Mention it in the request, so the timing fits the games.
No alcohol on site
Questrooms is an alcohol-free venue: there is no alcohol licence, and no drinking on site is also a safety rule. Plan any drinks for the restaurant part of the event, and keep the game part alcohol-free.
Christmas: the julbord package
From late November to mid December, the Christmas package combines a 1.5-hour adventure at Questrooms with a Christmas dinner from the restaurant partner Udda. Which arrival time works best before a dinner?
For a dinner after the game, arrive at 16:00 or 17:30. A team of up to 22 people finishes after 1.5 hours, so dinner can start at about 17:30 or 19:00. Groups of 23 to 44 play in two rounds over 2.5 hours, so plan the dinner one hour later.
Can we have fika between the games?
Yes, in the larger packages. In Business Challenge, for 23 to 32 people, and Corporate Takeover, for 33 to 44 people, half of the groups have fika in the private lounge while the other half play, and then they swap. The lounge is included in all team building bookings at Questrooms.
