How fast does the gift card arrive before Christmas?
The gift card arrives as a PDF by email, usually within a few hours of payment and no later than one business day. Julafton falls on Thursday 24 December 2026, so a card ordered by Tuesday 22 December arrives before Christmas Eve, even at the one-business-day limit. Check the spam folder before you write to Questrooms.
If the card has not arrived 2 days after payment, or you need it urgently for a party, email hello@questrooms.se. Questrooms only sends digital gift cards, to reduce its climate impact. If you really want a physical card to put under the tree, email the team and they will try to help.

It covers the number of players written on the card. The recipient picks the game when booking, and every format has the same price per person.
How long is a Questrooms gift card valid?
A Questrooms gift card is valid from the day after you order it and for one year from the date of purchase. A card bought on Black Friday, 27 November 2026, can be used until November 2027. The recipient books a date in the calendar and writes the gift card code in the booking comment.
Can I add a personal message to the gift card?
Yes. When you order on the gift card page, you can add a greeting of up to 10 words, and it appears on the gift card PDF. Keep it short and personal, for example the occasion and who the game is from. The PDF arrives by email, so you can forward it, print it or hand it over.
Can I give a gift card to someone outside Stockholm?
Yes, as long as the recipient can come to Stockholm. Every game starts at Kocksgatan 21A on Södermalm, near Medborgarplatsen metro station, and the outdoor games start and end there too. Questrooms has no other venues. The card stays valid for one year, so a visit later in 2027 works.
