Until when can I change the exact number of participants?
You can adjust the final number of participants up to 24 hours before your scheduled event. This allows us to optimize room assignments and ensure the best experience for everyone.
Can I bring my own food/alcohol or order catering?
For in-house events, you are welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages. For lounge room rentals, BYO is fully allowed. We also offer catering packages - just ask our team for options. Outside alcohol is not permitted on premises, but you can purchase drinks from our bar.
Are games available in English?
Yes! All our games are available in both Swedish and English. Simply let us know your preference when booking, and we'll ensure your Game Master conducts the briefing in your chosen language.
Is VAT (MOMS) included in the prices?
All displayed prices are excluding VAT (MOMS). VAT of 25% will be added to your final invoice. If you're booking for a Swedish company with a valid VAT number, we can issue a reverse-charge invoice.
