The rules for using the Dice Roll app, published by Questroom AB.
By downloading or using the Dice Roll mobile application ("App"), published by Questroom AB, org. no. 5569838526 ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to Google Play's Terms of Service and these Terms.
Some features or content within the App require payment via Google Play Billing. Prices are shown at the time of purchase and may include applicable local taxes. All payments are processed by Google Play; we do not store your payment card data.
Where the App offers subscriptions, they automatically renew until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time via Google Play → Subscriptions. Except where required by applicable law or Google Play policy, no partial refunds are issued for unused subscription periods.
The App may display advertising served by Google AdMob. Ad content is selected and controlled by Google and its advertising partners; we are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
You agree not to use the App to violate any applicable law or regulation.
You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the App's operation or servers.
You agree not to attempt to bypass, circumvent, or manipulate the App's purchase mechanisms.
The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Questroom AB or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Questroom AB's total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 6 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by mandatory consumer-protection law, including for consumers residing in the EU/EEA.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Where you reside elsewhere, mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the law of your country of residence remain unaffected.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
