If someone in your group gets sick, change the number of players through the link in your confirmation SMS, up to 15 minutes before the game. Questrooms charges only for the players who play, so the rest of the team does not pay for the empty seat. The escape room cancellation policy only comes into play when you cancel a whole room. What happens if one player cannot come?
Nothing, as long as the number of booked rooms stays the same. Change the number of players through the link in your confirmation SMS up to 15 minutes before the game, and you pay for the players who actually play. The price per person follows the new team size: four players pay 389 SEK each, three pay 399 SEK each.
A team of 4 that becomes 3 pays 1,197 SEK instead of 1,556 SEK. Two rules set the limit:
- Every game needs at least 2 players. If one of two players gets sick, the other cannot play alone, so reschedule, or cancel and pick a new time in the booking calendar later.
- Horror Escape needs 3 players. If a team of 3 becomes 2, the two can still play for 511 SEK per person. Email hello@questrooms.se so the team knows.
How do you change or reschedule a booking?
Everything starts from the link in the SMS you received after booking. Through that link you change the number of players, up to 15 minutes before the game, or choose "reschedule" to move the game to another day. To cancel, use the "Cancel/Avboka" button in the same link, or contact Questrooms by email or phone.

A booking of one room for up to 6 players is free to cancel until 24 hours before the start. After that, the late cancellation fee is 800 SEK per room. Groups over 6, bookings of 2 or more rooms, BACK-TO-BACK and corporate events need 48 hours' notice, and a late cancellation costs 1,000 SEK per room.

What happens if you do not show up?
If your team does not come and does not cancel, Questrooms sends an SMS or an email with a link to pay the late cancellation fee. For one room that is 800 SEK. The simplest way to avoid it is to use the link in your confirmation SMS as soon as you know your plans have changed.
