"I bought a gift card last Christmas, but I can't find the email with the code." This is a real question from the Questrooms chat. A Questrooms gift card is valid for one year from the purchase date and works for any game. You book as usual, write the code in the booking comment and show the email with the card on site. How long is a Questrooms gift card valid?
A Questrooms gift card is valid from the day after it was ordered and for one year from the date of purchase. If your card is older than one year, email hello@questrooms.se and we will look at it. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for money.
How do you book a game with a gift card?
You book a game with a Questrooms gift card the same way as any other game: pick a date and the number of players in the booking calendar, write the gift card code in the comment field, and show the email with the card on site. The steps below add the details for VR.
- VR: the calendar books VR by game. Choose the game and the number of players, and the room is assigned for you.
- On the day: arrive 15 minutes early and show the gift card email on your phone. No need to print it.
The card works for every format: classic rooms, VR and the outdoor games. A first-time group can start with Mission Sigma VR, which the Questrooms team suggests for beginners.
What if you are more players than the card covers?
A gift card covers the number of players written on it. If more people come, the extra players pay on site, and the price per person is calculated from the total number of players. With a card for 4 and a group of 5, the fifth player pays 379 SEK, the price per person for 5 players.

Can't find the email with the code?
Search your inbox for Questrooms and check the spam folder first. The card arrives as a PDF by email, usually within a few hours of payment and no later than one business day. If it never arrived 2 days after payment, or you cannot find it at all, email hello@questrooms.se and the team helps.
In your email, include the purchase email or the order details, so the team can find the card.

Can I use a Questrooms gift card for any game?
Yes. A Questrooms gift card is valid for any game at Kocksgatan 21A: the classic escape rooms, the VR games and the outdoor AR games. It covers the number of players written on the card, and every format has the same price per person, so the choice of game does not change what the card covers.
Do I need to print the gift card?
No. Write the gift card code in the comment field when you book, and on the day, show the email with the gift card PDF to a member of staff, who registers it. A phone screen is enough. Questrooms only sends digital gift cards, so there is no plastic card to bring.
Can I use a Greatdays gift card at Questrooms?
Yes. Book on the Questrooms website as usual, and in the comment field write "Great days code:" followed by your code. Copy the code exactly, with the same uppercase and lowercase letters and the same dashes, so the team can match it. Questions about a Greatdays card go to hello@questrooms.se.
