Outdoor team building gets the team moving and seeing the city in a new way. At Questrooms you play an AR mission on the streets of SoFo, or we bring the game to your park, conference venue or office grounds. This guide covers the formats, which group sizes work and what to do if the weather turns.
Operation Mindfall: a spy mission on Södermalm
Operation Mindfall is a spy thriller in AR. The team follows clues, tracks a hidden threat and races against the clock to stop a global catastrophe.
- Start and finish: Kocksgatan 21A, a few minutes from Medborgarplatsen.
- Equipment: each team gets a bag with an iPad and materials. You do not need to use your own phones.
- The route: a few kilometres at a slow pace in Katarina-Sofia on Södermalm, with breaks.
- Time: 1.5 hours on average, up to 2 hours. A shorter one-hour version is available on request.
- Group: 2–10 players, up to 6 per team. Larger groups split into several teams that play at the same time.
- Age and difficulty: from age 16, difficulty 4 of 5.
Larger groups

Quest-to-Go for 19–500 people. With Quest-to-Go, we bring the AR game to you, indoors or outdoors: a park, a conference venue or your office. Everyone plays at the same time in teams of 5–7 for 60–90 minutes, and the game ends with a debrief and an award ceremony. You only need one room for the intro and the awards.
We come to you anywhere in Stockholm. For an extra fee, we also travel to nearby towns such as Solna, Vaxholm, Södertälje, Sigtuna, Mariefred, Uppsala, Nyköping, Västerås and Eskilstuna. If your town is not on the list, send a request and we will discuss what is possible.
If the weather turns
- Free cancellation of Operation Mindfall up to 24 hours before start.
- If the weather changes on the day, we offer an indoor game, if one is available, or a free reschedule.
- A little rain is fine. You can play with umbrellas and take coffee breaks along the way.
In winter it gets dark early, so plan the mission for the middle of the day and dress warmly.
What happens in the team?
In an AR mission, the format creates situations where participants need to communicate, prioritise and make decisions together. That describes how the game works, not a promise about the outcome.

- Language: the briefing is given in English or Swedish.
- Accessibility: the outdoor games and Quest-to-Go are accessible for wheelchair users.
- Custom puzzles: in Quest-to-Go we can build in puzzles about your company, if agreed well in advance.
- Invoice: companies can pay by invoice.
